1.0 Introduction

AT&T Lab Tech Support Team
The AT&T lab tech team goal is to provide technical support for the University of Houston AT&T laboratory wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN). Tech support responsibilities include configuring and maintaining lab equipment, installing and testing new software, and assisting in student lab projects. For this purpose we will create, in-collaboration with the AT&T lab manager, a tech support system to keep track of operations, equipment, and software. This system will help in assessing the current and future needs in the University of Houston's College of Technology's Telecommunications Network (UH COT NET).

The scope of this report entails an overview of the UH COT NET, tech support system, and plan we followed for our project. Also, it reports the tasks the AT&T lab tech team completed, accompanied by tables and diagrams detailing our work. Finally, it lists conclusions and recommendations based on our experiences from working in the AT&T lab.
