• The Project began about the third week in August
• Became familiar with PuTTY and Debian Lenny in order to prepare for the IDC installation
• Installed Debian on the IDC
• Virtualized the IDC in order to install DRAGON on each partition
• Installed DRAGON on two of three partitions in the first week of the project
• Installed DRAGON on the last partition in the second week of the project
• Installed OSCARS on the first partition during the second week of the project

September

• First installation of DRAGON/OSCARS corrupted using the virtualized IDC so the decision was made to use three separate IDCs
• Re-installed and configured DRAGON/OSCARS on the UH AT&T Lab IDC during the first week in September
• Attempt to SSH to the IDC proved successful

October

• Installed and configured the IDC and the switches for the Won-Lab and the ISSNET-lab

November

• Finished up the final configuration for the IDCs
• Set secure passwords on IDCs
• Set up LSPs between routers

December

• Testing of the LSPs before taking the network “live”
